SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR COMBINED TRAVEL
LEGAL FRAMEWORK
These conditions are governed by the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which regulates combined travel contracts, and Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions. MAZHOUD HALAL TOURISM, S.L. acts as the Organizer (Wholesaler) in the creation and execution of these itineraries.
PRICING AND GROUP CAPACITY ADJUSTMENTS
Final Price: The total price of the combined trip includes all taxes and land services detailed in the customized offer provided.
Dynamic Adjustment: Since our services are designed for closed and homogeneous groups, the price is based on the specific number of participants contracted. If the final number of travelers varies (e.g., from 20 to 18 pax), the price per person will be readjusted to cover the fixed costs of transportation and professional guides. MAZHOUD will inform the client of the updated price whether the group increases (lowering the cost) or decreases.
Price Revision: The price may only be modified up to 20 days before departure due to variations in fuel costs, government taxes, or exchange rates.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CONFIRMATION
To guarantee the blocking of hotels and exclusive transport for the group, the client accepts the following payment schedule:
Initial Deposit: Payment of 25% of the total amount to initiate administrative procedures and service blocks.
Firm Confirmation (60 days before arrival): Payment of an additional 25% (bringing the total to 50%).
Final Balance (30 days before arrival): Full settlement of the remaining 50%.
CANCELLATION FEES (PENALTIES)
In the event of cancellation by the client or the retail agency, the following penalties will apply to the total contract amount:
60 to 31 days before departure: 15% penalty.
30 to 15 days before departure: 35% penalty.
14 to 8 days before departure: 65% penalty.
7 days or less / No Show: 100% penalty.
Non-refundable items: Costs for pre-issued nominal tickets (e.g., Alhambra), ferries, or guaranteed "non-refundable" hotel rates will be charged at 100% regardless of the cancellation date.
TRANSFERS AND EXCLUSIONS
Transfers: The contract includes the service of pickup at the arrival airport and transfer to the departure airport on the agreed dates.
Exclusion of Flights and Visas: This combined trip does not include international/domestic airfare or visa processing. It is the sole responsibility of the group organizer to ensure all passengers meet the entry requirements for Spain.
INCIDENTS DURING THE TRIP
If the traveler detects any defect or failure in the contracted services (accommodation, transport, or meals), they must report it on-site and immediately to MAZHOUD HALAL TOURISM staff. This allows the organization to seek an immediate solution. Failure to report incidents in real-time will limit the ability to resolve the issue and may invalidate subsequent claims.
TRAVEL ASSISTANCE INSURANCE
MAZHOUD HALAL TOURISM, S.L. includes a Travel Assistance Insurance policy in all its combined trips. We also offer optional cancellation insurance with extended coverage for groups who wish to hire it.
