GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND ACCEPTANCE
These General Conditions govern the contracting of services through mazhoudhalaltourism.com (hereinafter, the WEBSITE). The purchase of any tour or travel service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. These conditions are subject to the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) and Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions.
COMPANY IDENTIFICATION
Services are organized and provided by MAZHOUD HALAL TOURISM, S.L., a Wholesale-Retail Travel Agency with license CICMA 4475, registered office at Vía de las dos Castillas, 33 – Edificio Atica 4, 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid, Spain).

SCOPE OF SERVICES: TRANSFERS AND EXCLUSIONS
MAZHOUD HALAL TOURISM, S.L. specializes in land-based circuits and Destination Management (DMC) services.
Airport Transfers: Our services strictly begin with the pickup at the arrival airport and conclude with the drop-off at the departure airport at the dates and times specified in the contracted itinerary.
Airfare Exclusion: We do not manage, sell, or take responsibility for international or domestic flights. The purchase and management of flight tickets are the sole responsibility of the client.
Visa Exclusion: We do not process or manage travel visas. It is the traveler’s exclusive responsibility to ensure they hold the valid and current documentation required to enter Spain or any other country included in the itinerary.
RESPONSIBILITY AS AN ORGANIZER
As a Wholesale Agency, MAZHOUD HALAL TOURISM, S.L. is responsible for the proper execution of the land services included in the package (hotels, private ground transportation, Halal-friendly meals, and guided tours). The company is not liable for incidents caused by third-party flight delays, visa denials, or force majeure (strikes, extreme weather, etc.).
PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND METHODS
To guarantee the organization and blocking of services, payments shall be made according to the following schedule:
Booking Deposit (Pre-Booking): 25% of the total amount is due at the time of the booking request to initiate administrative procedures and provisional blocking of spots.
Firm Confirmation: An additional 25% (completing 50% of the total) must be paid once all services are confirmed and at least 60 days prior to departure. From this moment, the booking is considered firm.
Final Payment (Balance): The remaining 50% must be fully settled at least 30 days before the tour start date.
Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer (proof of payment must be sent to info@mazhoudhalaltourism.com), and PayPal. Failure to comply with these deadlines entitles the agency to terminate the contract and apply cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION AND PENALTY POLICY
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following penalties will apply to the total trip amount:
60 to 31 days before departure: 15% penalty.
30 to 15 days before departure: 35% penalty.
14 to 8 days before departure: 65% penalty.
7 days or less before departure: 90% penalty.
48 hours before or No Show: 100% penalty.
Non-Refundable Services: Regardless of the notice period, any non-refundable costs already incurred (such as nominal tickets for monuments like the Alhambra, pre-paid ferry crossings, or non-refundable hotel rates) will be charged at 100% of their cost from the moment of booking/issuance.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our itineraries, route designs, and website content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from MAZHOUD HALAL TOURISM, S.L.
JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising from these conditions shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain).
